87-88% of couples could be getting this wrong…

Some say that only 87-88% of couples who are trying to conceive may be timing intercourse correctly.

All I can say is wow. And how that sucks.⌚

Because imagine if you’ve been trying to conceive for a long time…and come to find out you’ve been timing it wrong. (I might surprise you how often I see this!)

Ruling out timing mistakes requires understanding when your fertile window occurs. Because when you’re in the fertile window, ovulation is coming. And it’s the best time to try to conceive.

How long and when your fertile window occurs can vary, because your ovulation date can vary. Your ovulation might not take place on day 14. Or your cervical mucus might only come in for 1-2 days versus 5-6. Or there might be some things going on in your life that cause changes in your typical cycle patterns.

Your fertile window is something unique to you. To understand it requires bodily awareness.
