Are you making decisions out of fear? πŸ‘‡

Today, so many couples rush into pregnancy without preparation.

And hey, sometimes it’s out of our control (surprise!).

But preparation helps us become informed.

It helps us understand what we want - and don’t want - for our pregnancy and future child.

When we lack knowledge, we’re more willing to outsource our decisions.

We make decisions out of fear.

We make decisions that aren’t truly aligned with our values or goals.

And we can end up feeling regret or shame. Or even experience trauma.

You are still responsible for every decision you make, regardless of whether you actually make that decision or let someone else make it for you.

Because you’re the only one that has to live with the outcome.

There is never a better time than the present to start becoming empowered.

Some food for thought.
