If you’ve experienced pregnancy loss, I see you. 🤎

I’ve experienced it too. And it’s one of the most difficult things I’ve ever been through.

Honestly, the physical couldn’t even begin to compare to the mental aspects of it.

And you’re not alone.

Not that you need a study to tell you how you feel…

But there are endless pieces of research that definitively show how common it is to experience PTSD, anxiety and/or depression for several weeks to months to even years after pregnancy loss.

And thank God many of them are calling for better post-loss care. Because I’m sure you would agree — it’s absolutely lacking.

I say this because you deserve to know what you’re feeling is normal, especially after what you experienced.

And to also encourage you to get whatever type of support you need during this time (e.g. therapy, etc.). Because you deserve this too.

I hope this brings you at least a little bit of comfort, whatever stage of grief you’re in.
