Currently, all clients who wish to work with me 1:1 are required to be part of my eCourse, Conscious Conception.

Inside Conscious Conception, you'll learn steps you need to take to optimize your fertility for a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby. From lab testing, timeline building, and cycle tracking to nutrition, supplements, and pelvic floor health. (and literally so much more)

Students who wish to dive even deeper have the opportunity to access 1:1 coaching.
