It takes~100 days for an egg to mature.

When it comes to fertility and pregnancy, there are TWO waiting periods. Today, we’re talking about one of them: The 100 Day Wait.

What is the 100 Day Wait?

Basically, it’s how long it takes for our eggs to mature before one of them gets released from our ovaries via ovulation. In science-speak, this process is called folliculogenesis.

Especially during this time, how we treat ourselves can have a huge impact on not only the health of our follicles, but the success of our ovulation, the balance of our hormones, the success of implantation, so on and so forth.

You might be wondering: What can I do to improve my egg health? How can I support myself during this period of time? What should I do leading up to ovulation? How can I support ovulation? How can I improve my hormonal balance?

WELL, I’ve got great news (and answers)!
