Trying to conceive (#TTC)? The two week wait can be the most exciting - and anxiety-ridden - time on the journey to pregnancy.

Take a deep breath *ahhh* and read through the tips below if you’re needing some extra support.

🍿 Schedule distractions like movie night, brunch, dinner, classes, and hikes

🎍 Keep busy with spring cleaning, knitting, house projects, and decorating for the holidays

🖊️ Write down everything your feeling in a journal

🫂 Talk to someone who has been there (like the ladies in the Conscious Conception community)

🫁 Practice breathwork (pelvic floor breathing exercises are great!)

🎨 Get creative by painting, drawing, beading, and decorating

🗓️ Try your best not to take a test tooooo early, because it may send mixed signals that may put undue stress on us

🤎 Above all, be kind to yourself
