“Where do I start?” is something that I get asked very often.
▪️
While adding new things to your wellness routine can be extremely beneficial, it’s often easiest if you start by reassessing the things you’re currently doing that aren’t serving you in the ways you think.

First and foremost, I’m all about healing the metabolism. To do that, we need to decrease stress and increase energy production of the body.⚡

A big part of this is restoring the balance between iron and copper, which was completely tipped when iron filings started getting added to the food system in 1941...and continues to tip.⚖️

While iron gets all the credit for helping us create energy, it’s really copper that does all of the work. Excess iron depletes copper. And when we don’t have enough to help manage iron, we experience oxidative stress, which = disease if left unchecked.

By stopping the very things that deplete us further of life-giving copper and increase our oxidative stress, we can begin to put out the fire that is our body, start to rebuild and shift back into balance.
