My client fixed her luteal phase defect by doing these 2 things.

Do you have a luteal phase defect?

If you’re not sure, a luteal phase defect can look like:

🪫 Low progesterone

🪫 Spotting between periods

🪫 Slow or low basal body temperature rise in your luteal phase

🪫 Short luteal phase (10 days or less)

🪫 Thin uterine lining

🪫 Irregular, erratic periods

🪫 Difficulty getting pregnant

🪫 Miscarriages

If you’re trying to conceive, you probably know that all of the above is very important for having a successful pregnancy.

My student who had come off birth control a year prior was dealing with luteal phase defects.

And it was breaking her heart to be struggling. She felt lost and defeated because she thought she was in “decent health” and was doing “all the right things.”

But she was missing these two things:

  1. An approach that would take her unique circumstances and fertility gaps into account so she could finally fix her luteal phase defect from the root once and for all
  2. A science-backed method that focused specifically on not only increasing progesterone levels, but regulating her cycle to its fullest potential

Through my guidance, she was able to:

✅ Regulate her periods

✅ Lengthen her luteal phase

✅ Increase her progesterone quickly

✅ Increase her luteal BBT

✅ Thicken her uterine lining

✅ Get pregnant & stay pregnant
