Wondering if you have a low progesterone?

luteal phase progesterone ttc

Wondering if you have a low progesterone? Here are some signs to look out for:

🪫 Spotting between periods

🪫 Slow or low basal body temperature rise in your luteal phase

🪫 Short luteal phase (10 days or less)

🪫 Luteal phase defect

🪫 Thin uterine lining

🪫 Irregular, erratic periods

🪫 Difficulty getting pregnant

🪫 Miscarriages

All of these things can unfortunately make it hard to conceive and achieve a successful pregnancy.

My student who had been off birth control for a year had low progesterone and experienced many of these issues.

Despite believing she was in good health and following all the right steps, she struggled to increase it.

She had tried everything she saw on Instagram, but was feeling disheartened and lost.

But after working with me, she found what she was missing:

  1. A personalized approach tailored to her unique circumstances and fertility gaps, targeting the root cause of her luteal phase defect.
  2. A scientifically proven method focused on boosting progesterone levels and optimizing her cycle.

Under my guidance, she achieved incredible results:

✅ Regulated periods

✅ Added a few days to her luteal phase

✅ Rapid increase in progesterone levels

✅ Higher luteal basal body temperature

✅ Thickened uterine lining

✅ Got pregnant and stayed pregnant
