You're bracing yourself because you're OTW to a preconception visit but you know all you're going to get is take a prenatal and stop smoking/drinking, but you know you need more.

So you’re ready to try for a baby…

And you set up a preconception appointment with your provider.

But then you get there…

And all they have to say is:

…”take a prenatal”

….”stop smoking”

…”don’t drink (too much)”

But you know you deserve more guidance than that.

You need more clear direction that just THAT.

Because you also know that how you go into pregnancy can influence:

➕ Your chances of conceiving

➕ Your chances of developing pregnancy complications

➕ How comfortable your pregnancy is

➕ The smoothness of your labor & delivery

➕ How quickly you recover postpartum

And of course…

➕ How healthy your baby is

There’s so much more you can do that just take a prenatal and stop smoking or drinking.

There’s also SO much more you can do beyond just nutrition and supplements, which most women tunnel vision on.

And you don’t have to boil the ocean (do everything) to see results.

It’s about figuring out what your weak points are so you can prepare intentionally and efficiently for pregnancy.
